Welcome to Soldier Mountain and to the new season. We have stepped up to provide a full service Winter Sports School. We are a PSIA (Professional Ski Instructors of America) and AASI (American Association of Snowboard Instructors) certified Ski and Snowboard School registered with NIPSIA (Northern Intermountain PSIA). We have fun and learning opportunities for all in our programs. We look forward to offering the best service you should expect and many happy days on the slopes.
Children’s Learn to Race:
The program will be open to all kids between age 7 (2nd grade) and 13 (8th Grade). The program will be run every Saturday at Soldier Mountain from the first week in January (January 5) until the second week in March (March 15) for a total of 11 days. The last day will be a fun race hosted by Soldier Mountain. The day will consist of skiing/riding with a coach (instructor) from 9AM to 11:30 and from 12:30 to 3PM each Saturday. Skiers/snowboarders will learn to ski/ride the whole mountain, learn fundamentals of skiing/snowboarding and have opportunities to ski/ride in gates after the first month. Cost of the program will be $250.00 which includes instruction and lift pass. Open to snowboarders as well.
Thursday Women’s Clinics:
This program is designed especially for women. Come to Soldier for a lesson and a fun day of skiing. This will go every Thursday from January thru the end of the season. You may get in a powder lesson or a relaxing day of skiing the groomers. Open to snowboarders as well.
This program will run every Thursday from 10:00 to 2:30 with an hour off for lunch. Cost for this program is only $60.00 which includes instruction time, lift ticket, and rental!
Group and Private Lessons:
Need a lesson? We will have group lessons and private lessons for both Skiing and Snowboarding available every week, Thursday thru Sunday.
